Terms and Conditions of the Royal Motor Yacht Club Toronto

Please read the following terms before submitting your membership application.

Signing in of Guest

It is a condition of entry that all members are their guests complete the appropriate sign in register

Dress Regulations

Admission and service will be refused to personas wearing any of the following
- Work wear (after 8pm
- No Shoes
- Offensive T-Shirts
- Tank Tops
- Hats
- Swimwear
- Singlets

No Smoking

There is to be no smoking in the club and also on the back deck. Smokers please proceed to designated smoking area on the right side of the deck.

Subscriptions

As per Article 11 (Memorandum and Articles Association of Australia). All annual subscriptions shall become due and payable in advance on the 30th day of June in every year. I certify that I have attained the age of 18 years and the answers to all of the questions herewith are true and correct in every detail and if elected to membership, hereby undertake to be bound by the rules and by-laws of the Royal Motor Yacht Club Toronto.

Financial Report

Financial Reports will be displayed on the Clubs website www.rmyctoronto.com.au. If you require a printed version of the Financial Reports please contact the office on 49592051.

Refund Policy

No refunds under any circumstances will be issued for memberships at the Royal Motor Yacht Club Toronto.
